I have lost 35 pounds since last summer, and I’m not too overweight, but my body looks really bad. I have an ugly gut, and my chest has not gone down any.
I have mainly cut my calories down and walked everyday.
I’m losing about 2 pounds a week. When might I see the weight come off those horrible areas?
I just started doing crunches and pushups also.

dont eat past 7 eat 6 times a day 3 of those times small snacks like a hand full of almonds, drink a gallon of water a day. exercise and then do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio after you exercise this will cut the fat and your stomach will start to get flatter and push ups and sit ups will tone your muscles. Make sure you also switch up the push ups and sit ups like try wide or diamond or on your fist and have your feat elevated. Then different types of sit ups to always confuse and challenge your body.
15 year-old male weight loss?
I’m 15 years old and in February i went to the doctor and he told me i need to lose a bunch of weight ( basically told me im fat…)
i weighed 150 then. im 5′5
june 1st i decided to go on a diet/exercise ( i weighed 148 then )
July 18th now and i weigh 134 i’m really starting to notice (my cloths are fitting good and everyone around me is starting to notice)

How much more weight should i lose? I don’t look fat with my cloths on but once i take them off i still have some what of man boobs, love handles, butt, and my stomach isnt flat.

Male Weight Loss Help?
I am 17 years old and I am healthy I guess, I’m semi vegetarian; only eating chicken.
I eat sweets very rarely.
I want to lose my "belly" fat and some fat in my legs.
I am I guess skinny on my upper body because apparently my ribs show but idk.
And I have kind of "man-boobs" or w/e.
How do I lose those two fats?
To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to:
1:) reduce the amount of calories you eat
2:) increase your levels of activity.
3:) jog in the morning BEFORE breakfast, since you would have been starving for a long time, the body will use fat supplies as energy!
Below are ways to reduce calorie intake without having to alter your diet significantly.
Replace fizzy drinks and fruit cordials with water.
Swap whole milk for semi-skimmed, or semi-skimmed for skimmed.
Eat less lunch than usual. For example, make your own sandwich and limit the use of margarine or butter and full-fat mayonnaise (store-bought sandwiches often contain both).
Stop taking sugar in tea and coffee.
Have smaller portions of the food you enjoy and avoid having a second helping at dinner.
Cut out unhealthy treats – such as confectionary, sugary biscuits and crisps between meals.
Cut down on alcohole intake.

5 foot 10 male 185 lbs weight loss?
Hi I am a 5 foot 10 male medium framed and I weight 185lbs im goin away in 10 weeks and was looking to get to 160ish before I go.
I currently eat
breakfast: cereal with skimmed milk
lunch: burrito with salsa chicken lettuce and low fat yogurt
dinner: soup
and i eat 1 to 2 apples in between meals and drink atleast 2L of water per day
I was 196lbs but am now 185 after about 3 weeks
I am currently running 5.2km (3.2miles) per day and doing light to medium weight training 4 days per week
wondering if anyone could tell me if this is possible or any tips or something thanks
K, I think you are doing very well. It’s normal to lose 1-2 pounds a week, so you are losing a little bit more than that.
So keep it up. I’ve attached a link to a Basal Metabolic Rate calculator (BMR) which you should find useful. This will help you determine the calories you should be eating vs your daily exercise, vs your height, age etc. If you are not already, build up to a minimum of a 30 minute run without stopping, and if you can keep improving. Have also included a link for a running training program you may want to consider.

Lolz, it’s silly for you to think that masturbating causes you to lose weight. Also, science has proved that health wise it is better to masturbate than to not do it because it actually reduces your chances of developing prostate cancer.

Do cardio like running and p90x.
Drink water. You can loss quite a bit of weight just from drinking only water.
Eat every 2-3 hours. This will speed up your metabolism just make sure your not eating a lot when you do eat every 2-3 hours.
I’ve heard that spicy food can speed up your metabolism too (I’m skinny as can be and I eat spicy food…but i also follow these other rules.)
I’ve also heard that eating late at night packs on the weight too but I’m not sure.
Whole grain foods also help you lose weight.
